For more than three decades I have guided women through deep inner hypnotherapy, regression, sacred presence, and a capacity to listen that is beyond words. My work brings together a lifetime of intuitive gifts, lived experiences and ancient remembrance, held in a grounded way that meets each woman exactly where she is. Through thousands of sessions across many modalities, I’ve witnessed the innate wisdom within each person and learned that transformation is not about becoming someone new, but releasing what never truly belonged.

My path has not been easy. I’ve walked through deep emotional challenges, cycles of narcissistic dynamics, and experiences of abuse that shaped how I survived for many years. Instead of breaking me, these moments awakened a profound understanding of how women protect their hearts and silence their own needs. Through my own healing, I learned to release what was never mine and to reclaim the parts of myself that I had forgotten. My journey became the foundation of my work. Today, I offer a space of presence and understanding. I know what it feels like to lose yourself and what it takes to return.
